Magnesium
Magnesium takes part in hundreds of enzyme reactions. It contributes to normal muscle and nervous system function, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Found in whole grains, nuts, legumes and dark chocolate.
